The staff were very helpful. A very clean environment. Each department has staff ready to help.

This location accepts disgusting lies about violence/harassment in their court. They serve rich people in Abington. If you have a serious court filing, go elsewhere. They take anything. Kristen Bradley Tikinoff family

am filing a complaint regarding my experience seeking help at the Housing Court office. When I went there for assistance, staff members were sitting together talking and did not make an effort to help or explain procedures. I was not properly guided and was allowed to file the wrong paperwork without being corrected or clearly informed of what I should have filed instead. As someone without legal representation, I relied on court staff to at least point me in the right direction, but instead I was left confused and unsupported. The lack of explanation, professionalism, and willingness to help made an already stressful housing situation much worse. Housing Court exists to assist people facing serious housing issues, and court staff should be professional, attentive, and willing to provide basic guidance. If staff members are unwilling to help the public, then others who are qualified and compassionate should be placed in those roles. This experience made seeking help at Housing Court feel disorganized and discouraging, very mess environment and it should be addressed so others are not put in the same position.

Iv alway's had positive representation and (innocent) result's at the courthouse. However, I had my record sealed in 2021 and it was unsealed and has destroyed my reputation and character. I'm a mother fighting for my son and as a result of this it's had devastating effect's on my life. Just because someone is arrested or sited for car citation's (setup) but the arrest - people see it for what it is, when there is truth and πŸ’― complete innocence's behind it. Innocent until proven guilty and I was innocent. When you see an arrest the most important aspect is the outcome πŸ’― INNOCENT! I have so much empathy and compassion for anyone who has had a similar experience and you're not alone. I believe in Justice and we all deserve that it's our right.
